Location: Aperture Room, 340 Yonge St, Toronto
The Impact AI Digital Immersion event transformed the historic Aperture Room into a modern tech oasis where innovation met natural elements. Held on February 5, 2025, this corporate gathering brought together professionals in a sophisticated space enhanced by strategic greenery installations that complemented the industrial-chic brick backdrop of the venue.
Colour Scheme: Striking royal blue with fresh greens and clean whites for a professional, non-wedding aesthetic.
Objective: To create an immersive environment that balances technology with nature, featuring gridwall panels adorned with lush greenery surrounding custom neon signage, providing both branding opportunities and organic texture.
Floral Elements: Blue hydrangeas, silver dollar eucalyptus, baby blue eucalyptus, and aspidistra leaves arranged in clear cylinder vases for subtle yet impactful table centerpieces.
Installations:
- Custom 6'Hx8'W black gridwall panels draped with a combination of fresh and artificial greenery, creating a living backdrop for the stage area
- Coordinated 6'Hx6'W black gridwall installation at registration featuring the client's neon "impact ai" signage surrounded by cascading foliage
- Ceiling decorations with fresh greenery suspended above column areas for dimensional interest
- Seven understated yet elegant centerpieces for cocktail tables, featuring blue hydrangeas and varied eucalyptus in clear glass cylinders
The design successfully married the technical focus of the event with natural elements, creating an environment that was simultaneously cutting-edge and welcoming, proving that corporate events can be visually striking while maintaining professional sophistication.
