Refund policy

Thanks for purchasing our products at Flowers & Flowers.

For any other items to be eligible for a refund (non-perishable goods), you have to return the item you have purchased to us within 7 calendar days of the purchase. The item must be unopened and in its original condition. To start a return, you can contact us at info@flowersandflowers.ca. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to return your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Our couriers make every reasonable effort to ensure successful delivery. If the recipient is not available at the time of delivery and no concierge is present, the courier will attempt to contact the recipient using the phone number provided at the time of order. If the recipient cannot be reached, the courier may leave the flowers at the front door or another accessible location deemed secure.

Once flowers are delivered and left as per this procedure, the responsibility for the arrangement passes to the recipient. We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or replacements for items reported stolen or missing after delivery.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Due to the perishable nature of the products we sell, all fresh flower orders are not eligible for a refund. If you are not satisfied with the quality of your flower arrangement, contact us at info@flowersandflowers.ca within 24 hours after the receipt of your order. We ask you to explain the reason for your dissatisfaction and send a picture of your flower arrangement to info@flowersandflowers.ca. An exchange will be granted on fresh flowers if you notify us within 24 hour period mentioned above. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return or request, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
