Third-Party Delivery Provider

All deliveries are fulfilled by Trexity Inc., an independent third-party delivery service. We are not liable for delays, damages, or loss once the order has been handed to Trexity Inc. Any inquiries or claims relating to delivery timing, handling, or product integrity must be directed to Trexity Inc.

Delivery Instructions & Drop-Off

Orders will be delivered in accordance with the customer’s instructions provided at checkout.

Condo or Apartment Buildings: If specific instructions are not provided, deliveries will typically be left with the concierge or at the unit door.

Houses and townhouses: If no instructions are provided and the customer is unreachable by phone, the driver will leave the order at the door.

Once the delivery is left at the designated location, the order is considered completed, and responsibility passes to the customer.

Real-Time Tracking

Trexity Inc. provides customers with a live tracking link to monitor the status and location of their delivery in real time. Customers are responsible for using the tracking system to coordinate receipt of their order.

Limitation of Liability

By placing an order, the customer acknowledges that delivery is carried out by Trexity Inc. and agrees that our liability ends once the order is handed to Trexity Inc.

We disclaim all responsibility for missed deliveries, delays, or product condition resulting from circumstances beyond our control.
